Playstation Portable (PSP) Model Specifications The original model of the PlayStation Portable (PSP), the PSP-1000 (often called the “fat” PSP), was released in 2004 and featured a 4.3-inch LCD screen, Wi-Fi, built-in speakers, and used the UMD (Universal Media Disc) format for games. It ‘s a heavier and thicker model with 32 MB of RAM, compared to later models, and was the first in the PlayStation portable line, competing with the Nintendo DS. This PSP was used and well taken care of by one owner. There are some scratches on the screen from use but overall this PSP is in really great condition!
