This is a SCPH-30001 (NTSC) PS2 FAT. It is the US launch version console. This is a console that has a few abrasions. The seal is broken, and the dvd drive has been replaced, which is expected, launch version lasers were weak. I’ve noted no faults with the console, the drive works, gpu works, sound is good. Pictures are of the actual console. You get just the console. An additional note. DVD and game degradation is starting to hit the market hard. The discs are made of polycarbonate, but the foil is aluminum, as the polycarbonate ages, the aluminum has begun oxidizing rendering quite a few games unreadable. This is important because you need a console that can accept the old mod chip, then you can burn the game to a new dvd and not suffer these problems. If you do have dvds in good condition the best thing you can do is follow the same instructions for storing movie films. Dark, dry, low humidity.
