This console does work. Included is a power cord and a controller. The controller is new, has been used maybe a couple times. The power button on the Xbox does NOT work. You MUST turn the Xbox on with the controller. Then, you can sync whatever controller you’d like. The controller that is included is already synced. No HDMI cord included in this listing. The reason the top of the console was cut was so that lights could be installed. The console still works. I have included a photo of the Xbox on and updating. Again, the power button on the Xbox itself doesn’t work so you’re not going to see that lit up. Please let me know if you have any questions.
